Apple Inc, as always, breaks through its consumer base with another exciting line-up for this year. This year, TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who always gets in major scoops from Apple, tells us about an improved and updated iPhone XI. The iPhone will have a similar size as its previous generation models, however, will have features such as reverse wireless charging, an improvised Face ID and triple cameras. It is speculated that a lightning connector will be retained as opposed to a type-C charger. The newer features will also include a heightened FaceID with floodlight illuminator that causes a better registered FaceId than the predecessors. With additions such as a wider battery and a larger ultra-wideband and a frosted glass back, it is sure to blow the markets. Although a triple camera is widely guessed at it is vague as to which model would have it.
Bilateral or reverse wireless charging, that is the ability of the iPhone to charge other devices wirelessly becoming a charge bank itself, will be a huge selling point this year.
Kuo claims that Apple will release two iPad Pros this year, and the 9.7 inch iPad Pro will be upgraded to 10.2 inches, due to the bezels increasing. They will have upgraded processors and will have additional features that aren’t out as of now.
The 16-inch MacBook Pro, 31-inch 6K monitor will also be released this year but it is unclear as to what features they will each have. Kuo also says that Apple might add 32GB RAM to the existing 13-inch Macbook.
In addition to this, Airpods 2 and Airpower, wireless charging pad is also expected to come out this year. Airpower is being waited for by Apple fans for a whole year now. This will be alongside the 7th iPod Touch with a much better and upgraded processor. Apple might also launch the Apple Watch ECG function in more markets this year.
However, Apple is known to notoriously change its plans, so it’s better to take this whole lineup with a grain of salt.
