IRCTC’s new service will be Easy and Comfortable
IRCTC has taken one more step to make the journey easier and comfortable. Now IRCTC will not transmit passengers from one railway station to the other railway station, from the house to the house. For this, the company has partnered with the cab company Ola. As a trial now, the service will be given for the first 6 months. Now the cab book can be booked from IRCTC’s website, mobile app and rail connect app. All the cab service Ola Micro, Ola Mini, Ola Auto and Ola Shares etc. will be available here. Booking with Direct IRCTC’s website and app will not change anything in the price.
Passengers from IRCTC’s site will be able to book a cab 7 days before reaching any station. Apart from this, passengers can book passport cabs from the Outlets or Ola’s self-servicing kiosk outlets located at IRCTC’s railway stations. IRCTC spokesman said that IRCTC will provide the services to the passengers from the beginning of the journey to the end. The spokesperson said that the ease of travel in our travelers is most important to us and we believe that this cooperation will help us to provide good services to our platform, promote and strengthen the culture of Digital India.
